White Paper: Generations by COVID

These past months we’ve been busy conducting COVID-19 Special Edition waves of our annual Mood of Australia initiative. We’ve explored behaviour patterns, potential shifts in values and most importantly, nuances in motivational needs.

At Sprout we became curious what sets apart our different Australian Generations as they navigate this unprecedented landscape? 

Furthermore, what are the top priorities per Generation for Brand Owners, CX Strategy and Employers?

We have now applied this Generational lens to produce a series of Snapshots into their specific COVID-19 journey and needs – from the heightened ’emotionality’ of Gen Z to the safety concerns of Gen X and the need for Boomers to again feel accepted and connected to society.
