Sprout Strategy is pleased to announce that, after a comprehensive audit of the company’s processes and internal operations, Sprout has now passed ISO 20252:2019 certification as well as now being accredited for Fair Data accreditation. Meeting these standards reflects Sprout’s hard work in developing leading edge methodologies and solutions for the market research and consumer insights industry.
Sprout has held ISO 20252 accreditation since 2014, but achieving the new, more rigorous ISO certification represents a major milestone in Sprout’s evolution, Elisa Adams, CEO for Sprout Strategy, comments, “Integrity of data and upholding our professional standards is the backbone of our profession, and critical to ensuring we maintain a superior quality standard for our clients.”
Adding the Fair Data accreditation to our agency is another critical step for the future of consumer confidence in our industry. It is a global accreditation that demonstrates which companies handle their customers’ personal data fairly.
International Standard ISO 20252:2019, Market, opinion and social research, including insights and data analytics – Vocabulary and service requirements, sets out guidance and requirements relating to the way in which market research studies are planned, carried out, supervised, and reported to clients commissioning such projects. It encourages consistency and transparency in the way surveys are carried out, and confidence in their results and in their providers[i].
