OUR 4 STEP PROCESS

1. Clarify

Clarify the behaviour change you’re seeking to create in a ‘from > to’ statement.

2. Identify

Through research, identify the decision-making influences including the motivations and biases.

3. Design

Design interventions – hack or harness (Nudges, Choice Architecture).

4. Measure

Measure and refine the behaviour change interventions through A/B testing.
